THE REAL OPERATING PROBLEM

Your agency is bigger. Is it less dependent on you?

Growth creates more work. Without clearer systems, it can also create more decisions that only the owner can make.

01

Decisions still come back to you

Scheduling, hiring, client issues, and daily approvals still need your input.

02

Revenue grows, but the margins are unclear

More clients and hours do not automatically improve profitability.

03

The team is busy, but ownership is fuzzy

Work is getting done without clear decision rights or measurable outcomes.

04

Processes haven't grown with the agency

Critical steps still live in people's heads instead of repeatable workflows.

Built by owners. For owners.
Home Care Ops, led by Clint and Jessica Nobles, brings an operator's perspective to the systems, team responsibilities, and financial decisions inside a growing home care business.

SIX WORKING ASSETS

Don't leave with notes. Leave with a plan your team can use.

These are the six assets you'll work toward during the event. The goal is to leave with a clearer picture of what to fix, who should own it, and what happens next.

01

Strategic Growth Plan

Choose the most important priorities for the next 90 days.

02

Processes That Scale

Map one critical workflow and define its handoffs.

03

Profit + Scheduling Model

See how hours, capacity, and margins work together.

04

Team Metrics

Decide which numbers your leaders will review weekly.

05

Accountability System

Set owners, expectations, decisions, and due dates.

06

Clear Next Priorities

Sequence the work into now, next, and later.

THE THREE-DAY EXPERIENCE

One working event. Three sides of the business.

The sessions focus on your actual agency, not a sample business. You'll assess the situation, work through the tools, and define what should change.

OCT 27 / DAY 01

Process

Find the bottlenecks. Map how work moves through your agency, where handoffs fail, and why key decisions keep returning to the owner. Working output: a process improvement map and priority list.

OCT 28 / DAY 02

Profit

Know what the numbers mean. Examine clients, caregiver hours, scheduled capacity, revenue, and margins so you can see where operating decisions need to improve. Working output: your profit and scheduling model.

OCT 29 / DAY 03

People

Put ownership where it belongs. Clarify roles, decision rights, team scorecards, and follow-through. Working output: accountability assignments and a 90-day implementation sequence.

WHY THREE DAYS?

Because knowing what to do is not the same as doing it.

You've probably heard useful business advice before. The difficult part is turning it into a process, a number, a decision, or a clear assignment back at the agency.

The Home Care Event is a structured working experience, with room for instruction, application, questions, and breaks. Replays are included, but live participation is required for the guarantee.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions worth answering before you register.

The format, the time commitment, and the conditions should all be clear before you pay.

THE LIVE-PARTICIPATION GUARANTEE

Show up. Do the work. Leave clear.

Attend all three days live and do the work. If you don't leave with clarity about what your agency needs next, request a refund by the end of Day 3. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days. Live participation is required.

Is this a webinar or a working event?

This is a working event. Expect instruction, practical tools, implementation exercises, working sessions, breakout activity, and Q&A. You'll apply the material to your own agency.

How long does each day run?

October 27, 28, and 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET. Lunch and short breaks are included. Specific break times are provided in the attendee schedule.

What if I can't be present all three days?

Replays are included. However, attendance and participation in all three live days are required to qualify for the event guarantee.

What will I actually leave with?

You'll work on your Strategic Growth Plan, process mapping, a profit and scheduling model, team metrics, an accountability system, and a 90-day sequence of priorities.

What happens after I register?

Once payment succeeds, you'll receive a confirmation and instructions for event access, the Business Brief, and DISC assessment. These readiness tasks do not prevent attendance.

What is the October 14 deadline?

October 14 is the deadline for physical event materials by mail. Later registrants receive digital materials. It is not necessarily the closing date for all registration.

How does the refund guarantee work?

Attend all three days live and complete the work. If you don't leave with clarity about the agency's next steps, request a refund by the end of Day 3. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days. Confirm the official request channel in the final published event terms.

Is the ticket price a one-time charge?

Yes. Registration is listed at $197 as a one-time payment, with event replays included.
