Growth gets expensive when you don't know what's working and what's not. Step out of the day-to-day, look at the whole business, and build a clear plan you can take back to your team.
Inside our 10,000+ member Home Care Owners Community, owners generating $500K–$2.5M said stronger processes and a clear plan were the biggest areas needing attention to get unstuck.
The things that worked when the agency was smaller start creating pressure as you grow.
The next stage asks you to stop being the answer to every problem and start building the company that can answer without you in every day-to-day decision.
Build systems that hold up under growth and make execution repeatable.
Understand what your revenue is actually producing and where margin is being lost.
Create ownership, expectations, metrics, and accountability that do not depend on owner rescue.
You will work on your actual agency during the event: your processes, your numbers, your team, and your priorities.

Day 1 is about getting clear and pressure-testing your agency against proven operational processes.

This is not a theory activity. You will use your own agency's numbers to build real-world answers.

Day 3 is where strategy becomes execution and your operational framework comes together.
The goal is not to give you another list of things to do. It is to leave you with work already completed.
A written plan built around your agency, your priorities, and what needs to happen next.
Clarity around the operational gaps that need to be addressed before they limit your next stage.
A structured model built with your own numbers so you can see what your current clients can actually produce.
The numbers, expectations, and priorities your people need to own.
Home Care Ops' On Point structure for keeping the plan moving after the event.
A clear understanding of what deserves your attention first instead of trying to fix everything at once.
We know what it feels like when the business looks successful from the outside but does not always feel that way from the inside.
While building and scaling our own home care agency across three states and beyond $5 million in revenue in less than four years, we learned something that changed the way we looked at growth.
The business doesn't need you to be the hero. It needs you to be clear.
Clear processes. Clear numbers. Clear expectations. Clear ownership. Clear accountability.
